1. What if I want to cancel my order? 
Every order can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase so make sure to message us in time.

2. How much time does it take for my package to arrive?
Packages arrive in a time span between 9 - 15 days!

3. How can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your order anytime! Please allow 1-5 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website. Cool right?

4. Can I get a refund if my product is not working correctly?
YES,
 we rarely experience product damaging issues, but if it does happen in any case, you WILL get a full refund. 

5. If I happen not to like this product in any case can I get a refund?
YES,
 if for any case you happen not to be satisfied with our product you can return it in the next 35 days from arriving with full refund! Keep in mind that product has to be in original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

6. If the address I provided is false by any means, can I change it afterwards?
Yes, but you have to be quick and change it in the next 12 hours after ordering.
